Thank you for your player-report, IsThisaNewFLRP?.
It will take a while for it to be reviewed by our staff-members.
Meanwhile, the accused player and witnesses may reply to this report.
Like I said not involved, Piano was not mine nor was the car. I was simply playing the piano, I eventually got off, once I noticed what was taking place.
Alright, Let me give you a real life case-scenario: You are playing piano on the top of a truck, and your partner's driving that truck, someone spots you ( for example a cop or a normal civillian) and they ask: What the heck are you both doing?
The question for you is: What would you do?
A) Ignore them and continue with what you're doing
B) Tell them what you and your partner are doing
C) Tell them to €@!% off and drive away

Let me explain what was going on here.
First of all, we were playing Piano in Burger King, having a nice time and just enjoying the silky smooth key-presses of 26's Piano.
Shortly after I wanted to transport the piano without removing it, because that's no fun. There was very little amount of people on the server and I wanted to try and get a decent transport of the piano with no interference or lag.
I started with the Dodge Monaco as I knew it had a meshed boot which could easily carry a leg of the Piano. So I tried that.
I decided that it wasn't working and instead took out a box truck. I did this after a quick ride around the block.
The reason I didn't get the box truck first of all is because I had low expectations of the piano fitting, making the transport pretty much impossible.
After getting the box truck, my first idea was to push the piano inside, this clearly wasn't working no matter how much I tried. I then put the piano on top and drove around the block to the back of Nexus, which is where he took photos of me adjusting the vehicle and props to try and get it to work.
It didn't work so I removed it and left the truck to continue other RPs.
Overall, the "victim" had no context of the situation but instead chose to take screenshots to simply post a report, and get a little kick out of it. Stuff like this make me want to leave communities. People taking anything they can to post a player report, you can't move without getting banned and it's quite frustrating at the current state.
I have reviewed the photos and I do have one question.
Did you have admin permission to modify vehicles?

I did not have permission to modify the vehicle. But as stated above, it was an experiment of sorts, which quickly failed so I removed it.
There was no staff online as it was around 12:40.
I'd like to see the photos so I can give context behind them, as
IsThisaNewFLRP? has given very little context, and had no situational awareness on what was going on. He drove by, took a photo or two, and left.
No admin online is not an excuse to break rules. Rule 17.3 specifically states that using props and tools on vehicles prior to approval is not allowed. And time does not matter either. Rules are active 24/7, not between 12:00-5:00.

The pictures of the boxtruck in particular are my primary concern as it does show that the vehicle was extensively modified, and in an unrealistic manner.
The Monoco shot also has the piano player still playing while the piano sticks out of the trunk, again very unrealistic.

Now, it is concerning for me to know that you believe that just because no admins are on, you feel that you are allowed to break rules.
As I am aware, doing those kinds of modifications it's just unrealistic, If there was a trailer in the back of your car ( With admin perms ) There would be no problem, but since you did stuck the piano to the un opened trunk and drove with it with another guy playing it, and same situation with the Truck, it is cosidered as failRP, and it even states it on the rules, without thinking wrongly, It is stated on rule 17.5, 17.3, and 17.10A (Correct me if I'm wrong) that you can't modify vehicles unrealisticlly and you may not modify them unless giving prior permission and tools to work with
Apologies for interrupting in your investigation SirWulf, but I would like to say something and let you get back to it.
Coupcake, please refrain from commenting on your personal opinions and stick to facts.

As mentioned before, I was trying to transport the Piano. I honestly don't see an issue with experimenting on an empty server by putting a crown of four props on top of a truck roof. + I can't weld it anyway.
About the Dodge Monaco, I was simply seeing if the Monaco could pull it via the hitbox in the boot. (Again, experimenting with transporting items and vehicles as mentioned previosuly.)
No harm was caused to the server or players.
It was a complete flop and we ended the experiments as soon as we realised.

I never said it was acceptable. I simply put a crown on top of a Box truck, investigating the possibilities of a Piano.
It was just a bit of fun and experimentation of new features to the server.
Just saw your reply . My apologies.
I'll say it again, not involved, yes I was on the Piano but was not aware of what was taking place, I eventually got off the piano and continued on my way. In no way was I attempting to be apart of this, Coup can back me up as I was not involved with the scenario or "experiment".
Approved on player ♈ Coupcake ♈. User was found violating rule 17.3 without admin permission because 'There was no staff online as it was around 12:40'. Of note, time of day and amount of players/staff does not void the rules.
A 6hr Blacklist on Physgun, Tools and Entities will be applied due to your prior history of prop and physgun history, as well as FailRP.
In the future, be sure to have admin permission before you build anything on vehicles. Also, placing props and building in the street is also prohibited without said permission.
Declined on player [C3] 26. User was at the time playing on the piano and was not involved in the movement of the prop. Once the activity was discovered, the player did remove himself from the scene.
