I remember it entering my inventory with the notification. After this I went looking for more cards, and now I look back and realise the last one (Candycane) is missing.

This is the last day, and I'm afraid I won't be able to redeem the pack I spent a lot of money on!

I will still call this to the Refunds section however to see what can be done about it, - Also moving it as I think it fits more other there then in the H&S.
