Why should you be unblacklisted?:

I was fixing my lawn mower after having spawned it with adv dupe on the grass area along with the grass trimmer. A police officer tased me and told me to move my stuff. After a while of we 'debating' this, I ran to towards the city with my lawn trimmer. I looked behind. He began running towards me with a taser on his hand when I was around 20 meters away from him (halfway to the tunnel's end). Just before he managed to tase me, I was holding the lawn trimmer between me and the police officer. The trimmer blocked the way and I saw that he was struggling to get over the lawn trimmer (he even had to prone on top of the trimmer to get over it) so that he could handcuff me while I was disabled on the ground by the taser. He managed to get over the trimmer. The police officer accidentally killed me by jumping on my body as he was trying to handcuff me. Instantly after respawn I saw someone with a wheelchair, decided to bully her for 3 minutes. I saw the grass trimmer blocking the way still so I ran back to the same area to move the grass trimmer. The police officer ran to me from the following spot and tased me next to the trimmer. I woke up a while after that and saw in chat that he had warranted me for: "prop trolling abuse !" I ran to him to the building in the image below to which he had ran instantly after having handcuffed me and asked him something like "what did I do, what is this?"

I got blacklisted on that spot after about 20 seconds of standing at the building's entrance.

I came back to the same area after 10 minutes from the immediate blacklist and I saw the dupe a bit broken which to me is direct evidence of someone trying to move it around with a physics gun and the only players with that power at the time could be server staff. The dupe didn't seem like it had been moved from its original spot entirely, just one part of it being fucked up as in the image below

I didn't mean to break the rule. I was simply trying to quickly get my grass trimmer dupe out of the way of a walkway in the tunnel, especially since other players can fuck up the dupe if they try to grab it wrongly and I'll have to dupe it and fix it again because advanced duplicator doesn't save everything properly. In addition, the police officer watching the traffic and opening the gate's tunnels didn't seem like he approved people of going the other way (the drive way) on foot so there was only one way through for players without cars: the trimmer blocked way.

TL;DR
I was trying to save both our time by moving the trimmer out of the way, not only because it would've been annoying and I wanted to go rp with it elsewhere.

Evidence: logs, my mind, his mind, the images above
The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, Joulle.

It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
You were warned previously on the server by myself and were even kicked for an unrelated rule breakage. You have enough time with us to know that you can not return to your NLR zone without Staff Permission and you paid the consequence of your actions.

For the officer, you can report him separatley as this is your UBL, not a Player Report.
"unrelated" - you even mention it yourself
What does the other rule breaking earlier have to do with this?

Enough time? I've spent a vast majority of my time on the build server. In fact, a couple days ago I spent around 10 hours straight there (I saw it on steam's overlay just as I was leaving).

In addition I don't roleplay much in a way that I get killed much (aggressive rp), secondly I still think my idea was better than wasting your time. I assumed you had had enough of me wasting your time that night so I just thought I'll sort this out myself real quick. Unfortunately the police officer ran in to taze me so I got stuck in the nlr area. I could've literally ran there and it would've taken me about 20 seconds to get out of the nlr zone with the dupe.

How do I learn to roleplay on a build server? I should just buy another gmod so that I can minimize my time on the rp server and use the other one for building. Then you'll judge me properly.
I'd like to point out that these are basic rules that are being broken here. For NLR, you actually signed an agreement when you click Accept after death. Plus the timer and pop-up warnings, you have plenty of notice when you break NOR.  Now, if you would have made an @ call telling us that you'd like to break NLR to move the dupe out of the way, we'd probably agree with it.

As for your last comment, making another account to play on multiple servers... Rule 1.2 Double Accounting leads to permanent Ban. I don't recommend that.
I apologize for the late response, but SirWulf is right. These are basic rules that you are reminded of every time you respawn. It does not matter where the majority of your time went, as again, these are basic rules you must follow.

Also, do not make a second account to play on our server, because that may lead to a suspension.

Do you have anything else to add?

no
Denied

Closing Notes: You have enough time with us to know that you can not return to the NLR area under any reason. If you wish for this not to happen in the future, don't go into your NLR area and take those NLR Warnings seriously.
