Why should you be unblacklisted?:

Right so it started With me. I was getting pulled over like 5 times on 10 min by the same guys all the time. I was getting really pissed off. Taylor who was one of the police officers pulled me over and that was the 6th time he pulled me over on a very shot periode of time. He told me that i was speeding and that i was driving 5 MPH to fast without even checking with the radar gun. Then we went to the sign to check what speedlimit there was there at that road, and at that point, there as non president so there as only the perma laws to follow at that point. He started to shoot towards me while i was walking back to our vehicles for no reason so he broke the perma law 8. Then he tazed me and handcuffed me for no reason. He said follow me and then he brought me back the vehicles and wanted to arrest me for running from the police and issult and reckless driving.

Well, i got pissed off several times and it was around 3AM so i couldnt scream as loud as i wanted. Well, then my friend bobbie logged online but he timed out some min after. He reconnected and we got pulled over again. The reason now is that i was again speeding with 4 MPH. That was when i got really pissed off but didnt wanted to show it to him because then it would just cause more problems. So he cuffed me again for no reason and then he sat me free again some min after he cuffed me.

Well, i had already a vaild job title to do crimes so i got some ammo from my inventory some min after that and wanted to threat the police officer a bit after all these tazing, handcuffing and pullovers. I gave my friend bobbie ammo too. We went across the street to AMPM and took out our guns and i was about to type "Get on the floor!", as they said in the limelight tutorial video about the basic RP rules, but then my friend bobbie started to shoot him and then he took up his gun and i had to act. I shoot 2 or 3 or 4 shoots and then un undercover staff member picked me up but then i timed out and got a blacklist. I reconnected again and was blacklisted.

We talked about this online already.

1. Criminal is no longer a valid job title. It's too vague.

2. If you weren't speeding, you wouldn't be in the mess in the first places

3. Once you both fired, it was attempted RDM as the reason was invalid. You can't just go and attack a person because they were doing their job, not to mention he let you off the hook from being arrested.

4. If he is firing on you, you need to report him not take it into your own hands. Him firing on a player that doesn't pose a threat is a violation of our rules.

3. Bobbie started to shoot i didnt. Then the police officer took out his gun, and normaly when i see a gun, i want to defend myself.

4. I reported it in but the sergeant at that time didnt care about it and there was non president as i said.

If he believes you are speeding, just deal with it IC, not everything has to end with a firefight and/or a pursuit.

You both fired at the same time, I was there and I saw it with my own eyes (well virtual eyes).

If he doesn't care, then you can at most, threaten the officer. Again, I see no reason to actually have anything against him if he especially let you two off the hook and not arrest you. Seems like you wouldn't want to do anything to him if he's that generous.

Again, he's just doing his job. I wouldn't consider it harassment enough for you to attack him for the soul purpose of him doing his job. That's like robbing a house and being threatened with death by the home owner, and then going back to the house to kill the home owner for threatening you.

I was not going to kill him in any ways. So saying that it was attemted RDM wouldnt I say is correct.

I remember that Bobbie started to shoot first as i said several times, and that when he pulled out his gun, then i started with gun fire.

Again as I have said, several times, you fired on him at the same time as Bobbie, therefore your objective became to kill him.

That is attempted RDM like it or not.
