Why should you be unblacklisted?:

There is no rule that states you cannot kill someone for stealing your contraband.
 
My blacklist first states “RDM, killing a man as Thief with no attempt to mug” Which was wrong and later changed to “RDM, killing a man as Thug with no attempt to mug” Both wrong. I had killed the player in question for stealing my contraband. I see no reason why I would mug somebody after they broke into my base and stole everything I had.
 
I implore you to state the rule that forces you to mug a person who steals from your property. 
You also claim that a Thug would not act in such a violent way, to the point of killing them, I bet to differ.

As by the time I make this, my blacklist has expired. I request that it is removed from my profile.

Alright, well let's look at the reasons that you were Blacklisted.

The only form of Roleplay that you did was to tell him, "Hey" then "I know what you did". There was no threats, no attempt to ask where your contra was, nor hostaging, torture or interrogation. If this contra was so important that you could kill for it, you'd think that you would like it back. Nope, instead you move straight to killing. Killing should be the last resort, not the first.

Then lets go into when you became a Thug:

Now, this is in violation in itself, as you were a Citizen at the time. A passive player that does not commit crimes, if you are using Contra, you need to change your job title. Compound this with what you did afterwards, becoming a Doctor to manufacture Steroids so that you can cut wood, another broken rule.... it seems very clear to me that you are not interested in RP much.

I only issued the Blacklist as that one was involving another player.

After talking with you, I did change the Blacklist description from Thief to Thug as I did make the mistake when typing up the description. The rest however is justified. Killing for the sake of killing, even if it involves theft, is not appropriate. The evidence you gathered was without context. If you had threatened the player under gunpoint to tell you where it was, and he refused to answer, then yes... you are justified. But to just kill him is considered RDM.
