Honestly, I am not sure. I come on around 6pm PST (GMT -8) and the server is nearly always down. The main issue is the fact that there is no auto-restart process because the server could go down for a number of different reasons. Last night, we found that the server can crash when welding together a certain weapon available from one of the currently installed mod-packs, one of those larger ship cannons. Biggest issue is just having it able to restart when you and Temar are unavailable, which is during the time we get on (Western US Timezones). In the daytime, however, the server seems to be stable.

Appears to be down again. Just got off work and was looking forward to some building.

ETA on an auto-restart feature?
I get that everyone is busy, but it's fairly annoying to have a released game server that doesn't function properly and disallows a certain group of players from actually playing on the server because it is down during U.S. Evenings. Considering the amount of time that supposedly was put into setting this server up before launch, it seems like a big oversight to not actually implement such an essential feature

Or if possible give access for manual restart to someone you trust in U.S. time.

Thanks for your reports so far. We take this very serious (actually everything that's related to Limelight) and I've coded a C application which aims to act like a real restart feature. The autorestart feature of space engineer is buggy - yet it fails to restart when it crashes itself.
Restart-Guard mitigates that behaviour by sending a server-info-request packet (socket) to the space-engineer server to get its real online-status. As soon as a response arrives and the server appears to have crashed, the guard will restart the entire process. Various checks are performed to eliminate false-positives. Made it cross-compatible so it can work on Linux and Windows, basically whereever we host a space-engi server. Of course this does not fix the crash itself, but it provides a real autorestart feature for these events.
We still need to find that broken module though. One addon keeps crashing the server from time to time.
Restart-Guard will be live tomorrow.

As there is a system in place now, do you require further assistance or should this be archived?

Server Guard added, server now auto-restarts.
Closed and Archived.
