Why should you be unbanned?: 

Evidence: I made a huge mistake, I really did dig myself a bigger grave than I already had, I am asking for a second chance to be allowed to access the forums. I greatly apologize for my actions on the forums and I would never do such again. Let me for once show that I have truly changed and giving me the opportunity to slowly come back. I will accept anything to get back on the forums, if you wish have my posts checked before they are posted but I really just want to come back.

Before you deny this for posting before allowed to, I will provide this:

Summary:

The evidence collected proves that the accused players has hostile intentions towards LimeLight. The evidence shows that the accused player says he DDOSed the ol' community. It also shows that he's impersonating LL staff while going on another server with hostile intentions; something he admits himself. I see no reason why the accused player "Darthvirus" should be given another chance here on LimeLight with the actions and behaviour that he's showing.






CASE CLOSED. Player will remain perma-banned.

Now I understand that you are upset, but the question remains at who you really are upset at. Is is Nacreas or yourself?Nacreas issued a ban on you while the investigation was taking place (security-reasons). The reason why you are banned to this day (and to the end mind you) is because of your actions committed after the first ban was issued (which I repeat again was for security-reasons).

If you think that a staff-member was acting biased in any way then you can report this with an Admin Abuse Report. The correct sub-forum for this is here: https://limelightgaming.net/index.php?board=13.0

Now, the issue lies with that the staff-member in question hasn't abused any of his powers. You've not proved this yourself and I've not seen this myself after more or less taking your case. If you're unhappy with the situation you've found yourself in then you are free to feel that way, but I need to remind you that you committed your actions and there are no-one but yourself to blame for that. It's your actions after receiving the first ban that has ensured that you will remain banned (Note: It's a permanent ban). If you want to appeal your ban then I will remind you that you have to wait 3 months before appealing it again.

Note: Breaking the forum-rules will lead to punishment so I advice you to read up on all the rules and the information you've been given in this thread as well as the other threads regarding your case.

It's safe to say that you've dug yourself quite a deep hole, and I advise you not to make the hole any deeper. I don't want to suspend your forum-account but it's something I will do if you're not interested in following the rules.

Stop making threads regarding your ban. You made an UBR which was denied. The Courthouse is the only place to appeal your ban and if you continue to make these threads then they will be locked and your forum-account suspended. This is your warning.

I warned you about breaking forum-rules in this post, something you decided to ignore. Your forum-account is filled with these threads and posts that you made and I see no reason why you should be unbanned in-game or on the forum. You did what you did, but you're unfortunately dealing with the consequences for your actions, actions which were very severe and is the reason why I will not support giving you another chance.

Your case is one of the more serious ones that we've dealt with on Limelight, and you've been given enough chances and warnings already. 

If any other staff-members have anything they wish to add to this case, then feel free to do so.

This case will be concluded 11th of December.

As apparently the original banning administrator on this case i feel i should officialise my feeling.

Sebasti, you have been a constant source of rule breakage wherever you go, you said it yourself you like breaking rules, and even though this case has been elevated to s jurastiction I personally reccomend you not be considered for un ban, not now, not in a year, potentially not in two even because I think you haven't changed enough for me to support an unban. But as I said this is enzymes case now and thus this is solely my reccomendation

First off all, I see no reason why you keep re-quoting that. I know what I've done.

If I remember correctly, I posted 2 or 3 threads about it and replied to other people on my threads.

That is taken completely out of context, I do not like ruining the experience for other people on limelight nor fearless, and that post was over a year ago since I posted it. What I meant was I liked to go on DarkRP servers every once in a while to have some fun, it has been a while since I last went on a DarkRP server and did this.

After reading the opinions of other staff-members on this thread (Both visible and hidden posts) I've come to the conclusion to deny your UBR.
Your case is one of the biggest and most hostile ones that we've dealt with here on Limelight, and I see no reason why you should be given another chance. You've done what you've done, and you'll have to live with the consequences. If you were to be given another chance, then it would have been unfair to other players who are serving permanent bans but who've committed less hostile actions than yourself.

I simply do not see a reason for us to give you another chance, not after what you've done and said.
