i downloaded it but im confused on how i start this xd

Go on the connect tab, press which server you want to join, then select "Connect"

It's a Windows Application, unless you have a Mac and you're trying to open an exe lol

Well... uh... when you download it, it's called LimeLight.Gaming-Launcher.exe

So you double click it, and it opens the program.
