I would like more information of this chase. Why were the police after you to begin with. You could have been deemed a threat. A hazard to public safety. And, the officer was in front of you when you turned to go around. He could have taken it as attempted vehicular homicide during the heat of things.

I would like to hear your side of things.

Denied due to lack of sufficient evidence from both parties. Provided evidence is not enough to validate the cause for the shooting. Officer may have been justified in taking the drivers life to save others.
