Summary: Unlawful demotion for Out of character reason.
I had taken up an arguement with the sergeant over the uniform that I was wearing, white shirt with 'Captain' rank on the collar, I stated that I was wearing it as I was a state trooper and I wished to stand out from others, considering I was not in the city.
I explained that even though the colour of the shirt was the same, the badge on the collar indicated that he was a higher rank.
This was all out of character where he demoted me mid sentance for 'ur captain?'
I believe that he was abusing his powers to be able to demote, as he did not give a valid roleplay reason as to why, it felt like backseat administrating.

Evidence:

Most of the things I said was over the mic. With no footage. But I have a witness that can put a statement forward to back my points up.

I would like to further my evidence of a rule breakage with the admittance of breaking NLR because 'he forgot'

Closing Notes: Although you could have been demoted for the uniform argument in character, his reasoning was not sufficient in showing the reason.

The NLR breakage I can't do anything about as I have no hard proof that either arguing party in that OOC Confrontation is right.

Accused will be given a 4 Hour Police Blacklist.
