That screenshot doesn't really show anything. Also "when arrested"? Did you already arrest him?
I'm asking if you have arrested him before he disconnected or if he disconnected while you were trying to arrest him.
Upon looking through the logs, it is clear that the accused player has indeed disconnected to avoid arrest.
