Kim Jong Un is a dictator, so basing your argument on him isn't really helping you.

I remember watching a video where it was told that he is a president, not a dictator. But I was basing a bit on him

That is one of Kim Jung Un's famous coverups. Like the fake "fun" town on the border of N and S Korea. 

Basing your presidential leadership off of Kim Jung Un makes you look like a Dictator.
Banning common rights such as what cars you can drive or who can drive makes you a Dictator, Tyrant, whatever you wish to be named.

I see no reason to unblacklist you as your laws contested basic human rights.
