Purchase the games and download them or you can find them on certain websites. Personally - I own the games so I don't know any websites holding the models and materials.

You seem to be missing Half-Life 2:Episode 1 and Episode 2 content.

You need to either buy the games or get the content and put it in your addons folder from here.

You are also able to simply subscribe to this content for the bare minimum of the content required that is used inside the server.
