We got reports that players with name "Nebul" have been wiped due to critical errors and are not to be restored.
Just wait it out guys. and what nac said below. you got nothing to worry guys, unless the server catches on fire.

Team speak is now back up and running, not sure about the servers but Team speak is running fine.

Server's been down for over 4 hours now, suspecting that the cluster at OVH won't be up for another 4-8 hours if I know those Frenchies right.
Might wanna switch over to the failover IP range assuming it's just a networking problem.
Our failover strategy cannot handle rack network outage. If we were to host at two different datacenters, we would easily switch over.
