Summary: So this was originally on the guy's YouTube account, he removed it and the post I made about it to try and hide his rule breaking.
In the video you'll see him breaking fearrp, teamkilling, rdming, propkilling and stepping on bodies.

The accused user has presented this video as evidence against himself earlier today and was issued Blacklist 69409, Blacklist 69410, Warning 2492, for his actions. Additionally his actions have been noted and he was warned that any further behavior like this on the servers will result in much more serious consequences.

Seems like a light punishment considering the amount of rules he broke but it's your call.
