Judging by the way he had been acting and etc it did not seem like a joke.

20 seconds after he wrote that he sayd "That was meant as a joke, but you don't understand some fun"
I do not think that he sayd this to cause problems but some 'low hour' players could understand this as a sign of "I can do what I want as long as there is no admin online".
I don't see this as a rule break, the player is obviously there to troll. If he were going to break rules, and show others how to break rules I would issue a punishment. However majority of people adapt a bit of common sense, even if there isn't a staff member on, rules are still meant to be follow and staff can be easily called on if mass rule breaking occurs.
I will issue this as a verbal warning, if Armard, you continue to promote players to rule break a punishment will be issued.
Ill move this to the approved area.
I will also make this very clear for those that do not understand it, do NOT post if you're not involved. That goes for everyone.
