Summary: So i went to nexus with briefcase to give a gift to the president  i was going to place goldfishes under the statue in front of nexus. Then qantter came and handcuffed and searched me for weapons and found briefcase. Then he arrested me for 15 for "Carrying weapon" I think it's plain Failrp and random arrest.
