Description: the flashlight no longer needs a battery to have unlimited power, it is stuck so when you turn the flashlight on it never loses power,
(the HUD for the Power is gone)

If you are in a government job, i'm pretty sure it provides you with unlimited flashlight. If it's any of the other jobs it's a bug

Government jobs give the player unlimited flashlight. This is because most of these jobs would supply a working light of some sort in real life, so in LimeLight the player receives an unlimited light, since everyone has a light anyways.
