We have a lot of discussions going on regarding Limelight's ranking system as we're always working on ways to improve.
There may be changes to the Teacher rank in the near future, either way, we haven't forgotten.

It's in discussion.
Why? Is the
free content contributors create not enough?

It highlight 'free' yet it's YOUR choice to contribute, no one elses

As a contributor, we sign up to help our community. Offering our skills to better the experience of players. Yeah it is our choice to give up our time. But do we not deserve the recognition? Why must our tags be removed?
Can i ask, what was the point of your comment? As i was quoting Nacreas, may i ask what your trying to say?

Teacher tags are in discussion not contributor tags, Innovative.

What were you trying to say in your origimal comment? Contributors already have tags, on all 3 services so what do you mean by 'recognition'

He is arguing about what Eclipze said.
Same goes to what you said
.
And to what said, I would like to add that the same applies to every rank.
Admins do administrate for free.
Moderators do moderate for free.
Contributors do contribute for free.
Teacher do assist for free.
Everybody does something and mostly for free and for their enjoyment. Like it has been said before, teachers are tasked to assisting newer players with adapting into the roleplay style of limelight, assisting admins/mods by taking their non-administrative calls off of them and now we also "moderate" the Help & Support subforum.

To clarify: I was referring to teacher tags being in discussion. Happy now?
As a teacher, here are my thoughts:
1) The feature isn't really necessary on the forums as basically all we do is answer shuffle around support threads, while ingame we need to be easily identified in OOC chats, so whoever we're talking with knows that we're here to help, not to troll.
2) Most of the teachers throw something teacher related in their profile picture, signature, or whatever you call that text that currently says I'm a "Stereotypical American" so not having a fancy tag so it doesn't go to our heads is already failing
3) Meh, if it's there, I'll use it; if not, I don't care.
It's bloody annoying the Teachers aren't listed in the team list.

Applying to not be "staff". Maybe at least "team" but it's like applying for job at McDonalds and being a cleaner but not listed as staff.
