Guy protests DUI checkpoints, eventually cop comes up to him and ends up knocking the guys phone out of his hand because he was recording him. After he picked his phone back up the cop confiscated the phone stating that the man wasn't allowed to record him (which is false). The cop walks away with the phone, not realizing that it's still recording. The conversation between the cop and two of his fellow officers that was recorded afterwards reveals that the officers tried to fabricate charges against him, including lying and saying that there were witnesses that left. They stuck him with two charges that were later dropped.

Know your rights people. Just goes to show that cops will try and get away with whatever they can.
