Summary: I was about to resume patrol after responding to a shots fired/officer in distress call at the clothing store, so I begin to head of the city and find the player holding a pistol to someone's car. I immediately draw out my shotgun and order him to put the gun down, whilst he complies with this order, when I try arresting him he then begins to run away from me, trying to lead me in circles until eventually I manage to tase him.
