Summary:
A little back story to this, I was impounding FxPro's car while he was hiding in the back, he got killed while I was moving the car (https://plays.tv/video/57cdf387d7dfa2d239/his-death).
After that I attempted to impound his car again, the car bugged and I could not drive it. I made an @ call about that and the car was then removed by (https://plays.tv/video/57cdf42a5cb08dad0a/car-bugged).
A few minutes later he was told OOCly via /pm his car was removed by an staff member (https://plays.tv/video/57cdf5f2a256763f8a/informing-him).
He then proceeded to make several calls about how he is going to attack the president. After a while, when I arrived to the nexus he had already gone up the elevator and was going down. Without any RP attempt he simple shot me without saying anything.
From my point of view, he RDMed me and he did not have a valid reason to raid the nexus.
The reason he gave me can be seen at the latest link above.
Also let it be noted he saw his car being removed as he was close to it even though it was inside his NLR zone.
Pretty much made up an excuse to get involved into a shootout.
