Summary: 1.3 Do not reconnect, suicide, change job or do anything else to avoid a roleplay situation.
I am a cop, he is an anarchist. He runs a red light in the city and I follow him with lights and sirens all the way to the stop light on the east side of industrial. He changes jobs from anarchist to citizen. I send in an @ call and ask him via PM why he changed jobs. I get no response. I impound his white Raptor. A few minutes later he asks if he can get his car out of the impound via request. I go to the nexus. He stands in a corner AFK for a few minutes. One he is back we go into the garage and I ask him why he changed jobs in LOOC. He does not respond in OOC, he just asks how much the fine is. I tell in IC to wait a minute as I find out how much the fine is. He refuses to pay any number I give him and asks for other officers to the nexus so he doesn't have to interact with me.
The evidence may be insufficient, but as 1.11 says, he doesn't have to give a reason unless a staff member asks, so I just want a staff member to ask him why he changed jobs to avoid the pursuit.
how do i tag people

Thank you for your player-report, Dan.

Meanwhile, the accused player and witnesses may reply to this report.
I didn't mean to switch job. Since being banned for a week, I had been playing another gamemode and had got used to it. I was using the menu and had clicked the "Citizen" option. Now on the other gamemode, it asks if you desire to be that job. Yet I forgot about that on here to which it change my job.
I then decided to run back to you but you drove off. So I instead I ran all the way back to nexus to get my vehicle back and when I was trying to RP, you kept asking me over and over. Now even when the president replied, you still took ages, hence why I requested another officer. I attempted to ask another officer but you kept telling them that you had it under control even though you kept on going OOC.
I don't have to use rule 1.11. If I desire to stay IC then I can. No staff told me to say anything about the situation hence why I didn't say anything.
also im pretty sure it wont get aprooved since "an hour ago" isnt correct formating

Why were you fidgeting with your job options whilst in the middle of a pursuit?
Indeed it's a questionable act no?
I could understand if you were unaware of him but even if with the fail safe why would you click it in he first place

It was not my intention to change job. Hence why I returned to continue roleplay although he had left the scene.

But still, I don't understand why you put your attention to the character page while I was trailing you with my lights and blaring my siren.
question Dan: were you in a persuit or simply starting one

It was a pursuit, I was following him with lights all the way from the city, and sirens somewhere on connectivity or in the industrial tunnel. There is no way he could have mistaken me for just trying to pass him or something. Now, it was not a high-speed pursuit, as he was going under the speed limit, but he was still evading me purposefully.
For clarification, I turned on my lights, with occasional manual siren sounds, right when he blew the red light in the city. I turned on my siren somewhere on connectivity or in the industrial tunnel. We turn right on the first street, past the lumber jack and follow the curve to the left, and come to a stop at the T intersection. My siren was on and there is no way he could miss it.

Pretty sure you put your lights on around before Industrial Tunnel since I never saw any lights beyond that point.
Considering I was going around 20-30 mph but also you said I was under the speed limit? So what was the reason in the first place for the pursuit?

If you read the whole thing, you ran a red light in the city
