A certain amount of membership will be refunded for the downtime (Not sure how much, so don't ask). As Nacreas said, the servers will be up when they're up. We will let you guys know when that is.
EDIT: As Cameron pointed out when I said 'refund' I meant extended a few days(Not sure how many).

Previously, in situations like this memberships have been extended by a few days, not refunded.
Can't confirm if it will happen this time as that's for the devs/admins to decide.

the server hasn't been down that long so why refund, just wait the resurrection is coming,

Basically from my understanding OVH are pulling the same stunt they did last time this happened and taking ages

Can you please extend the anniversary campaign by a few days? I have cards i still need to sell if not im totally broke
Is it the host you're waiting on or are there still some things not fixed?

I love how most of the players were laughing at people getting extra membership days through the anniversary card event, but now, complaining about how they're losing like 5 days of membership.
