You then decided to send me another private message in full capitals, and shortly after type an all caps message into OOC. I decided to issue you a blacklist, since you had been warned prior to that, you are well aware of the rules, and up to that point I was very lenient towards you. However, you kept showing an in mature, and childish attitude and stance, you got punished accordingly.
I was present during the day while you were playing. I can say that you were using caps for everything. /pm, .//, /broadcast, /say... My overall feeling that I got from you that day was that you were looking for trouble. You were very aggressive, very confrontational and sliding thru a lot of rules. In addition, whenever a staff member talked to you, you would change your steam name, in all caps, to something similar to BANMETHEN. I'm at work so I can't look up the exact names. Overall you were basically trying to pick a fight with the staff.
Now I understand that this is for the OOC blacklist. At the time of the BL I don't recall much OOC chatter from you. Instead you used Broadcast for OOC. However if memory serves you were using OOC earlier in the day. I can research that when I get home. I do feel that this is just. You had plenty of opportunity to calm down, to listen and stop. Instead you continued by using other methods.
