Why should you be unblacklisted?:  Because i was told that one of my employee's were being arrested for jumping into a checkpoint so what i did was shoot to kill the cop in order to stop him being able to give a report and make my employee give out sensitive information about my black market business but apparently that is an invalid reason to kill even tho i was doing it to stop information about my business being leaked. if anything Blaze should be blacklisted or warned for baiting police

Evidence:N/A
The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, BranX.

It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
You are not allowed to simply kill law enforcement for arresting someone you are acquainted with. In this case, you killed me because you didn't want me to arrest your friend. Ironically enough, you killed me after the fact.

Just because you have a Black Market business does not mean you can kill anyone who involves themselves in your little role-play. Having a job-title does not simply grant you that inherited ability. In fact, there is absolutely no job that allows you to shoot-to-kill. The excuse that I could possibly torture your friend to retrieve sensitive information from him about your supposed black market business is far-fetched and honestly a desperate attempt at grasping some form of validation for your actions.

What is important in this situation is that A) You cannot kill law enforcement to protect a friend/employee from being arrested. B) You simply using your weapon to shoot-to-kill and made no attempt at even using your weapon to instead persuade me to release him. You could've brought me somewhere private and threatened me and even put me in the ground somewhere else. In the main street, however, that is actually quite mingy. Last but not least, C) Your friend broke the law and jumped into a secured checkpoint that had barbed wire fences and barricades along with signs that said police entry only.
4.1c points out that you still cannot kill a person without a valid reason with an underground job. Which honestly, your Red Room - Owner is stretching it. Overall, you killed an officer with no roleplay involved for an arrest that had nothing to do with the Roleplay in question.

He was arrested because he was jumping on a roadblock. How would this lead to him leaking information about you? Regardless, that is not a good excuse especially since there was no other roleplay involved in it. As stated before, you could have done something more, held him hostage and tortured him. That was your business afterall.

So, from what I see, you were using that as an excuse to free your friend from being arrested. And that is all. There is no roleplay in that.
SirWulf could not have stated it better; him jumping a checkpoint couldn't possibly have led to your Red Room being exposed, and you pulled a semi-automatic sniper rifle from your inventory and gunned down Nev, then putting it away just as quickly.
Just to clarify I already had the weapon on me toxic Smile
