Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. So I was going to take over part of the Motel for a government mansion as it has a pool and to emulate how I use the citizen taxes, while building Vaq says ''you can't do this, I own a room here, which I was aware of, and made an exception for part of the Motel for access to the side which he had a door owned, yet while building, he throws a Molotov at the base which is aggressive and I don't think is a valid reason especially while I was building. Also it was an inappropriate use of a molotov as his issue with the motel was resolved by me giving him access to his house, and also if he wanted to express his feelings he could've had a protest outside? It was also a bad time to throw it as it was during building where a door wasn't even built yet.

Vaq throws molotov, I look round and see he has a gun, then my SSA comes to start firing at him, I run away into the pool, he kills my SSA, then find me in the pool and kills me.
To conclude, Vaq had Molotov the area, and killed my Sercret Service Area, then killed me (bring the highest in government) with the job "hendon mob" which refers to a sort of ''Poker Players''

Do you have anymore evidence? Right now all i'm seeing is a molotov explodeing on a wall and a scoreboard.
I did check the logs and found the timeframe this occured in, but im not seeing any context via that, do you have anything at all to help coroborate the logs ive found?
A Note for the logs ive found:
Him being a mobster
Him being arrested on your order
Him having a gun
Him equiping a molotov
Him killing you and your SS agent
But absolutely nothing from either you or him to indicate why this occured other than the above arrest order, which makes me guess that anything that was said was done via voice, which would require video evidence to back any claims made on that.

Incorrect, a Hendon Mob refers to a "professional poker player"
It was done over voice, since it was maybe about 5 mins before the attack (since he was put in jail), but his words related to "you can't do this, I own the door here". My DVR is set to 3 mins so it only caught building, Molotov attack, kills SSA, kills me.
It may be that in real life, but everytime i have seen vaq be the Hendon Mob alone or with others, it has been a criminal group.

But if he is allowed to be a ''Poker Group'' job but act like a criminal, why can't someone have their job as ''KKK'' but act like a

I noticed my voice wasn't recorded since I usually have my voice loopback on, but it makes no difference as nothing significant was said from me.

But isn't it a mis-use of molotov attack on a person who was clearly building? It should be noted how a working door was not even made yet so it seems a bad time to attack a base. Not to mention how it's quite aggressive and his reason for molotoving was for an issue which I had resolved.

Just because the name is similar to that of a real work poker group, does not mean thats what he was, again i note: Each time ive seen him with that tag on, he is doing criminal activities, so i don't think the ingame version is in anywy related to the real world poker group.

There are no build protection policys, if you are building and someone has a raid reason, they can still raid you during its construction, thus it is not a misuse of the molotovs.
None of the evidence provided shows any context or helps coroborate the logs.
The only context i can form from all this, is he owned a door within the area you we're building, but prior to the attack you had ordered his arrest for being near your build area, an area he owned.
This could have granted him a raid reason as you personaly are the one who gave the order to arrest him, on his own property.

Please go ahead. I've done nothing wrong and your video will prove it, you came into the area I owned, arrested me after I told you multiple times not too. Without dismay you continued to do so, I returned (As a mobster mind you, who are extremely brutal when it comes to defending "turfs' (my property), I threw a molotov and continued to attack you, I even left Noot Noot inside of the Motel pool to "drown" whilst he was injured to increase the RP which you both lacked.
Awaiting Vaq's response to the evidence provided before final conclusion
