Clarification:
Minimum team composition is set to 1 Driver with 1 Car and 1 Pit Crew.
Teams will only have to pay 10.000$ for their design as long as it does not display any advertisement other than their own team.
Companies may select a vehicle to have their design on but they are the ones that have to pay 50.000$
Teams may have up to 2 cars with 2 drivers.
All money received from designs will be used as an award for the winners.

It is going to be open to the public but priority will be given to race crews first.
