Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. Bigboy started jumping on a dead corpse (cop)
When he was jumping on him he said that there was no paramedics on. but he continued. while we told him to stop
He didnt stop until he finally killed him. Witnesses: Lord Octageon and the Victim
