This is not me trying to deny withe everything you say however is he really worth this amount after what you could call a disapointing euros? Obviously he is a great player but would he really want to go to a club that rejected him when he was at a younger age.

If you remember what Sir Alex said, Pogba's attitude at United wasn't good enough, he had the talent sure but not the right attitude so he was sold, that isn't rejection.

Going of newspapers I never read news paper, and never read an article involving Pogba. But looks like it is happening apparently going through his medical.
