Okay so basically this is just to allow people to download the new and improved map and install it manually rather than waiting on FastDL to install it for them, massively decreasing the amount of time it takes to connect to the server.

You can download it from here, just drag it from the download location into Garrysmod>garrysmod>maps and then reload your game.

Is this why it takes me longer to join?
