Poker... the stakes are high!
Thanks to the brilliant coding work by and modelling by , we have an exciting new gameplay feature: a Poker table!
The table is fully immersive, allowing you as a player to view both the chips and cards in each round (preflop, flop, turn and river). There's two main gameplay styles which means you can make your roleplay more realistic.
Tournament
Fancy running a full-on casino with all the bells and whistles?
Tournament's for you. This mode uses chips, which players will buy-in with at the start of a game. No real money is used on the table.
Live Cash Game
In this mode, you'll be betting with money straight out of your wallet. Be careful: sharks are everywhere.
Settings
After you've placed the table down, look at it and use the command /settings to make changes to the table.

The Chips
Each colour represents a different amount, as follows:
Grey: $100
Red: $500
Blue: $1000
Light Green: $5000
Orange: $10,000
Dark Green: $25,000
Purple: $50,000
Black: $100,000
Light Blue: $500,000
Yellow: $1,000,000
The poker table itself costs $500,000. The price is steep, but those willing to play serious poker have deep pockets. We also want to encourage friendly casino roleplay, rather than everyone playing in their own small groups! You can find it in the market, under Miscellaneous.
The update proved to be hugely popular at EFest 2016, so we hope you guys will enjoy betting away all your money and becoming broke this fantastic new feature!
Again, special thanks to Vaq, who worked hard to incorporate it into Limelight's identity; and to Noble, for his fantastic modelling and texturing work. Thanks also to the testers, and to those who trialled the system at its EFest premiere!
