Talos Hotel Opens Its Doors in EvoCity

The Talos Hotel in EvoCity, designed by Vito Talos, opened this week. An accentuated corner treatment at the intersection of Side Street and Mainstreet, location of the hotel’s entrance, softens the appearance of the astonishing building. The natural historic brickwork greatly matches with surrounding buildings  which is really epoch-making. The airy lobby is a clear masterpiece with a water feature and a momentous sun dial, the ancient look is really highlighted in great detail. The staircases show magnificent Italian hand craftsmanship and they really fuse with the bricked interior which offers grandeur and a sense of opulence.

The stone structure has a contextual looks and according to manager, Vito Talos, it has kept the "same theme as the old hotel that was here". "I made this hotel from my own blood and sweat", said Talos, "This hotel is my structural twin."

This brand new hotel is within walking distance of EvoCity's most prominent sites. These include the Mainstreet stores and casinos, Burger King and the city's BP station. This combination of shopping, dining, entertainment and various other venues has caused the hotel to become immensely popular; during my interview Talos was interrupted several times to cater for clients, this included a visit from the president himself.

Talos initially moved to EvoCity to help out a friend in the business world. Talos' entry involved working at a Chinese restaurant; eventually he claimed ownership of the business and he continues to run it to this day alongside his pharmacy and research lab.

The hotel offers six rooms with sizes ranging from small to large, VIP style rooms have a massive appeal for high valued clients. Alongside these rooms, the hotel has a bar which offers a variety of food and drinks available.
