Your Name: NotSep
Issued by: [L²] Soviethooves
Blacklist ID: 67815
Server: v33x
Why should you be unblacklisted?:
I have several rebuttals to make regarding the incident. I'll start off with the initial blacklist reason:
The reasons listed are incorrect. The video provided by the accusing player demonstrates that I didn't fire my weapon in that situation at all. Therfore, it would be impossible to RDM or abuse lethal force as it wasn't used in the first place. In the following video, I can be identified as the holder of the SCAR rifle. Note that no SCAR gunshots were heard during the situation.
If we further use this clip in defence, it is clear that I am not trying to murder everyone in the store as I am telling people to get down on the ground (using FearRP to maintain order in the situation). This indicates that I had no intention of murdering everyone in there and turning it into a mass RDM fest as it turned out to be.
As for the reasoning behind the raid, Desert makes this clear in a quote taken from the report:
This shows that the real devil in the incident was in fact, a misunderstanding in communication between Dedsec and the Anarchists. As stated by _H4MZ4_, there was a clear miscommunication as he took the motivation for what should have been a roleplay hacking to a full on raid. This is arguably the reason that got the anarchists involved in the first place.
In conclusion, I believe that the blacklist should be removed as the reason invoked on the blacklist was invalid as my actions did not meet the criteria; it is clear that I did not intend on murdering everyone in there and as far as I'm concerned, the reasoning behind the incident was in fact due to a misunderstanding at someone else's fault. Therefore, the blame cannot fully be stowed on some of the players that participated.

Desert Wrote:We (me, Bambo) adverted that in the side street of the Nexus, there was a note next to a box stating a target. We had left this note after various messages from various people interested in joining our group, as a hacker. This roleplay was meant for them to infiltrate into the company and leak certain security details in the code to us, not to blast in guns blazing.
We had no intent of ruining any kind of passive roleplay, actually we had stated pretty clearly in OOC chat earlier that we wanted to do this the passive way, with an actual story line and stuff. The president at the time came up to us and made a comment about powergaming, whereafter we stated that any light powergaming that may take place will only have the intent of creating a fun and passive environment for both parties.
