A terrorist organization? Please tell me you're joking.
These people attacking police officers are really making the situation worse. By attacking law enforcement you are basically making it so all officers are going to be more nervous on the job and therefore be more likely to pull out/ fire their weapon during a police incident.
But, again, there is more gun violence in the US and no sign of any fucking change.
Unfortunately I'm not joking. It was brought up to the Whitehouse to consider condemning them as a terrorist organization. Unfortunately it was rejected in an address by Obama.
And making guns illegal won't solve the issue that's at hand here. (Please don't turn this into a gun law thread, there's another one for it people.)
Look at these terrorists in my city.
While we all have our own opinions on domestic terrorist groups, the US government doesn't designate domestic terror groups it seems. Only foreign.

You said unless someone pulls a gun on a cop they shouldn't shoot them. I'm telling you that someone doesn't have to have a gun to deserve to be shot.
Let me rephrase it. Both sides need to stop shooting eachother. Cops can shoot the other person if they feel like their life is in danger. Better? or you gonna throw some other random fact at me like Bill Nye
It is better. However if you want more facts, I can certainly give more.
No thanks Bill Nye the Banning Guy
Interesting response to a discussion but putting that aside, you're missing Venom's point. The statistics aren't random at all considering what you've said and I quote:
Quote:Both. Unless the guy pulls a gun on a cop then sure blast him but other than that lets just stop
In addition to:
Quote:Let me rephrase it. Both sides need to stop shooting eachother. Cops can shoot the other person if they feel like their life is in danger. Better? or you gonna throw some other random fact at me like Bill Nye
The statistics given to you were all examples of when an officer had to use their firearm because:
1. The suspect had a firearm in their hands (76%)
2. The suspect was unarmed but in a position where the officer was in serious danger e.g. the suspect was attempting to run-down the officer with a car (24%)
Suggesting that the statistics presented to you are random is ridiculous.
Or this. You're protesting cops yet you're blocking a service that can only save lives, not take lives.

And when they get tear gassed they wonder why, and attempt to sue for the revokement of their first amendment right because 'muh freedom to protest in the street'

Yes. A terror organization.
Ah, so a minority from the BLM movement results in them all being grouped together and named terrorists. In that case due to ISIS, all Muslims are terrorists, due to the KKK, all Christians are terrorists, and due to Lehava all Jews are terrorists.
You hate it when people want to ban guns due to the actions of the few, but look the other way when it comes to political movements you don't agree with.

The reason it was brought up in the White House was a result of the online petition as it reached over 100,000 signatures and therefore was required to be brought up. It was hardly a pressing issue that President felt he needed to address immediately nor was there overwhelming support for it.
The BLM movement aren't terrorists but there are people who use the movement to justify their actions when they attack police.
(Also, people were killed with guns. Guns revolve around this news article and therefore can be brought up).

Sadly it is not a minority. Just go on twitter, their death threats trend on the top 3 every time a black felon is shot, and their leaders do zilch to condemn it, and even though Obama 'condemns' these shootings, BLM still gets cute little invitations to the white house in their mailbox.
Even then, a minority of Muslims participate with ISIS, and they're a terror group.
That is sort of why I want a temporary ban on
all Muslims coming from areas even remotely affected by Sharia Law. To add on, it's also sort of why I want a wall on our southern border, blocking
all illegal immigrants from entering.
That is sort of why I consider BLM a terror group. The group hates law and order, and has gone to killing dozens to get its point across. Perhaps black people should voice their opinions in a more peaceful organization if they don't want to be affiliated, because if they condemned these shooting they sure as fuck wouldn't be apart of it.
Funny you bring up the KKK, their leaders are democrats and the group was founded by democrats, yet blacks still vote democrats. Just an addendum.

I'm not an Islam expert but are you saying ISIS isn't a terrorist group? They're just using their beliefs to justify their actions when they kill innocent people?

He's saying BLM is a terrorist group, not blacks as a whole are. Just like ISIS is a terrorist group, not Muslims as a whole

I never said they shouldn't be brought up but what you're referring to is
gun control. Which is a whole other topic that this can be avoided turning into thank you. If you want to talk about guns that have to do with the crime and the news thread by all means, but enough threads like this have been turned into a gun control thread so if you have more to say please just update that thread unless it's relevant to this thread and this story.

I'd argue the opposite, it is not a majority of BLM supporters that promote and celebrate this kind of violence and the
leaders of the movement have vehemently condemned these actions. To even remotely compare a movement such as BLM to lone individuals that use the BLM as a means of justifying despicable actions is a far stretch. There have been plenty of rallies near me in my area all of which were peaceful and without violence, even police officers attended and held hands with protesters in support. Because that's exactly what ISIS does too right?
Will building a giant wall solve all of our illegal immigrant problems? More than likely no, as The Secure Fence Act of 2006 (Pub.L. 109–367) showed us with it's various budget issues and even walling off parts of the US on the other side of the border fence. I'm also unsure how a wall would stop 40% of the illegal immigrants who have simply overstayed their visas.
In regards to the KKK, I'm guessing you never learned of the political platform swap that happened in the US between Democrats and Republicans? From the points you've brought up you sound like a Trump supporter,
who is ironically endorsed by the KKK and supported by
David Duke.

The swap that initiated when LBJ stated "I'll have the niggers voting democratic for the next 200 years."?
