Summary: There was a "gangster" who ran around in a prisonuniform. Pureaswater ended up tazing him, and while he was on the ground (cuffed?) Pureaswater hit him with the AP-baton and then stepping on him till he died. His reason was "because he hit me".

I think this is rather failRP, as I view it an execution.

He also punched a secret-service agent for allegedly "stepping on his friend".
