Hi,

Sometimes my disk usage goes up to 100% and it really slows my computer down. I have had my pc for about 3 years now. Is it normally for it to sometimes be at 100%

What's the CPU and what are you doing on the computer

Just run Task Manager or whatever and go into one of the tabs to see how much CPU each program is using

check your paging file
if its too big and you dont have much normal memory the computer will use the paging file which is the hdd and could end up using it alot
