Summary: Player was propblocking/ Double dooring on Evocity - Mainstreet general store, and continued to do so even after being informed of the rules regarding propblock. Called us retards and proceeded to ignore us after the fact.

Closing Notes: The accused, due to evidence provided, obviously shows no intent to heed the player's words of Propblocking rules. The accused insulting, although in IC Chat, was used in the middle of a LOOC discussion.
