Name of Player: Tracer

SteamID: STEAM_0:0:34971534

Server: V33x

Time: (In UTC+0)  About 15 minutes before post

Summary: The player was playing as Swat Sergeant, and while we were having a firefight in the Parkade/jail Went and spawned his Transit van, loaded it with an unrealistic concrete divider prop (Those things weigh up to a ton.) drove them down to the fight and put them into position. Rule 6.11 Do not spawn props during a combat situation, i.e. barricades for defence or offence, or new structures. His excuse is that he drove them in from out of the city.

Involved in the fire fight. (Toak}

I witnessed this happen we asked him to remove the props but he did not do so.
Tracer said he brought them from the outside but the van was nowhere to be found when I had arrived on scene.
There is no way he was able to get his already prepared van packed with props to the scene that quickly without spawning the vehicle and props.
For the record: this is a semi realistic server. I got my transit and drove to connectivity road. got 2 barricades, loaded them up and went back to jails and deployed them. kinda like a SWAT shield.

You also brought them in a transit van, An average Jersey Barrier weighs around 4,500 Pounds. The transit van can carry around 1600 lbs. You brought 2 of them. That van wouldn't have been able to move.
Because I know that. also they probably didnt weigh that much if they couldnt stop a ak47 bullet.
Although this can be excused if there was a break or pause in the firefight or raid (AKA Calling SWAT Unit on standby to deliver barricades and take time and /me's to set them up while no one is shooting or there is negotiations.) in the middle of a firefight, a SWAT Unit would not be seen going a certain distance just to spawn props and then bringing them back to use them. This can be considered trying to break rule 1.12 (Trying to find loopholes in rules).
