ok so i joined single player and then i messed with the photon and some other stuff and then i cloesed garrys mod to join your server and the regulaur cop car is a error and the top of the tahoa like lighbar is a error and when people turn their lights on it come out all pruple and black and the sirens are silent (Speacial Note) I Have All The Content Packs Installed

Have you tried to restart your game then join?

Check if you have every content and if its still not working, download the Tahoe and the Taurus via the workshop with all things which are needed.
