[b]Why should you be unblacklisted?:I was banned for 24 hours for d/c to avoid NLR, I was told I Would be unbanned

(I wasn't I served the entire 24hours) and the admin said he would remove the ban but put on a blacklist. He then 

went offline until today at which point the ban had been fully served and I was allowed in. He then gives me the 

blacklist, So I am basically been punished twice for the same thing....
