As you can see, you're trying to fine me for parking, by crossing a road. When I ask how much the fine is, I go to my car. As I start driving, you decide to jump in-front of my car. So, I drive a little bit, so I wasn't in the middle of the road. Then you decide to shoot me, at that moment fear RP, is off, so I continue to drive. I don't really see how I tried to CDM you? I did break FearRP, however, it was so I could pull over to the side of the road.

That makes no sense, you went to your car so you could run off, which was FearRP. You then crashed and I told you to get out while I was armed. Then you started to try to CDM me, and after that I shot you. You tried to CDM me before I fired any shots.

In the video shown fearRP and also attempted CDM can be shown. FearRP at 0:18 seconds, then it you carry on breaking fearRP until 0:21 at this point Codeq has shot you dead, out of your car. At 0:19 to 0:21 we can see you attempted to CDM Codeq when he has you under fearRP.
You claim not to hear Codeq however its not an excuse, if someone has a gun pointed straight at you, and its a Police man you tend to think that they're talking to you, with a gun aimed straight at you.
Constrictor you have around 400+ hours, you should know a lot better then breaking fearRP. A 2 day suspension will be applied.
