He actually abused a bug aswell I believe,I had my gun out and he ran behind me and tased me.

When you state that I failRP, do you mean the fact that I shot at you when you had a hostage? If so, then yes.

When I approached at the scene after a message, I got nearly runned over by Icekiller (as a civilian in his car).
I then ran around the car, and saw you had a hostage, I was too close, and I should've gone back.

Anyhow, another officer shot, and I shot as we also heard a third gun shoot. I guess this was breaking "FearRP"-ish, and I'll admit that I shouldn't have shot there.

Over to the insulting, it nearly translates to what you wrote on your video, but the last section where you stated that I said "You know you suck dick" is more "Do you understand? Sucking dick!?" as if you understood what I was saying.

I usually fuck around when I see fellow norwegians on the server, and they usually get the joke, obviously you didn't though I can understand it. This was clearly a joke from my side, but I'll gladly take the reactions this will give me, bad words of choice for a joke. (No, I am not homophobic. Much used as a "buddy-insult" here where I live in norway non-homophobic-wise.) I know that this is not acceptable at any time.

Now over to the last scene where this guy comes to help you. That guy is ICEKILLER, who nearly ran me over as a CIVILIAN right before you got shot. That is for all I know - FailRP, change job to come back to a scene for helping. He stated that I abused a bug as I ran around him when he was shooting the other cop and tazed him, but I've never heard that tazing someone with a gun out is a bug. Is tazing someone with a weapon illegal even though he has already fired?

Due to the nature of this situation, Willyvodka did not break FearRP, due to the ratio of government members who entered the situation 3:1 which put you to a disadvantage. However if he was on his own which balances the ratio to 1:1 he would be put under fearRP of his superior officer.
