Have you connected your account via steam? Even if you have already click the STEAM connected text next to the search box to connect the account again, as it may fix the problem.
As mentioned above, you have to connect your Steam to this website. Should be a button underneath your name here on the forums where it says "Connect to Steam"
Its says connected already.
