I had the same problem so its not just you

Thank you very much for your report, two days ago. Since then, we've been in close contact with Microsoft's support. Unfortunately our IP-range was blocked on Outlook, Live and Hotmail. They lifted the block and from now on you should receive e-mails on said hosts.

Fixed.
