Evidence: 
i said this as a joke to someone, i'll give a summary of what happened
got bored of ll, came on, game my items and money to players, met a guy and decided to have a laugh with him, did what was said in the ban reason, then i got banned
i can't give evidence of not planning to do it, but you can't detect sarcasm over the text
anyway, i feel 1 day blacklist is pretty long for something i didn't even do, i can't do any jobs that i like doing such as swat or poilice because of my weapons ban(like it doesn't even let me join the team)
i'm not going to play for an entire 24 hours just to get rid of it, i have a social life

First off, I'll need to remind you that lying in the Courthouse will result in an immediate denial and suspension.

I'm not sure if you've forgotten, but you and I have a chat before and after I suspended you, and you confirmed to me several times that you were planning to go on a MassRDM spree but that you got caught up in other things before you got to do it (You were messing about with another player that also got banned).

What you were planning to do was unacceptable, and if I would have let you continue then you would have carried out your plans. This "joke" was something that you admitted to after I questioned you about something that I found in the logs afterwards. What I found in the logs was you disclosing to someone that you were planning to go on a MassRDM spree as you were quitting. You told me that you were quitting, that you had given away more or less everything you owned and that you wanted to go out with a ban.

I see no reason why this case should tip in your favor, especially when you try to lie in The Courthouse.

i can't get the steam chat logs but i'll try to remember as best as i can
at no point did i say to you(in game or in steam) that i would mass rdm, as you messaged me after saying "oh i saw in the logs you were going to mass rdm when i was trying to ban a player"  i'd also like to bring my side of the story to this
you say i got caught up in other things, how do you know i didn't change my mind about it?
i'd like to point out that before you tped me away, i was about to close gmod and be done with it, as the player i had messed about with had gone afk for over 5 minutes, and i went on a drive with i think evilmat?

also requesting you post the full logs here, not little snippets of it, as i quite frankly remember saying to evilmat again, "i dont know if i should mass rdm" further backing up my point above about changing my mind

The logs look different because it's from a backup, and it logs the chat a bit different. Faustie can confirm the logs are valid if need be. 

I've chosen not to include the logs of you giving everything away as it doesn't prove much except for that you were planning to leave and not come back. 

You gave away all your items and went on a big minging-spree after you met Joonaz who you said distracted you from "Shooting up the server". You were planning to be banned which is why you acted like you did. 

You were planning to cause chaos on the server which is unacceptable and the only reason why you didn't go on a massRDM spree that day was because you found someone else to cause chaos with; which is why you were also issued a very long ban for reason: "Random car theft x4, FearRP, FailRP (Baiting police in stolen Police-car), RDMing injured person. 200+ hours". 

End case decision:
Denied.

Closing notes:
Blacklist was issued for a valid reason and concern. I'll consider reducing the blacklist in the future when I believe that you won't have another episode like you did.
